We’re all bread lovers here, that’s easy to see. It’s also easy to see that Keto diets are getting more and more popular and, if you can eat a bit healthier, why not? So let’s compromise and find some healthier substitutions for our regular bread staple.

A Ketogenic diet, according to Wikipedia, is “a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet that in medicine is used mainly to treat hard-to-control (refractory) epilepsy in children. The diet forces the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates.”

Keto Bread

Keto bread is a very low-carb bread that doesn’t contain loads of whole wheat and whole grains, reads the article ‘What Is Keto Bread'? by Sugar Free by Marta.
