Tart Recipes That Will Warm Your Heart

Posted

We talk a lot about pies, but I don't think tarts get enough credit. Most people probably don't even know what the differences are. According to thekitchin, "a pie is a sweet or savory dish with a crust and a filling", whereas "a tart is a sweet or savory dish with shallow sides and only a bottom crust."

So basically, a tart is an upside-down pie? Either way they make great desserts.
