The first time I ever had roasted garlic I was blown away. Until that point, I had only had garlic in salt/powder form. It was full of flavor and so delicious. Since that first time, it has definitely become a staple in my kitchen and in my meal prep.

How To Roast Garlic In A Garlic Roaster

ingredients:
1 cup unpeeled garlic cloves
2 tbsp plus more olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt add to taste
1 tsp pepper, add to taste
instructions:
preheat the oven to 375º f; preheat the garlic roaster as well.
line your garlic roaster or your Superstone® Garlic Baker with parchment paper or foil: spread the unpeeled garlic cloves in a single layer on top, drizzle with 2tbsp of olive oil, then lightly season your garlic cloves with kosher salt and pepper.
roast the garlic for 50 to 60 minutes, stirring the contents every 20 minutes until they are fork-tender and have a golden-brown color.
