Fun and Unique Easter Basket Ideas
Posted by Lindsey on Mar 21st 2016
Easter is this Sunday. Wow, it's pretty early this year! With that said I still have not planned any Easter basket ideas for my girls. I thought it would be fun do something unique this year.
One idea I am considering is filling up a small themed umbrella for each girl filled with yummy treats and basically things they like according to age. I got this idea from a dear friend of mine and been thinking about it ever since.
Another fun idea I actually saw on Facebook yesterday is filling up a small kiddie pool with treats and even summer toys, etc.
Here are some other ideas out there I have considered: (These are great non-candy ideas)
- Bath and Body Easter Baskets-Fill with age appropriate bath and body goodies
- Craft Easter Baskets-Fill with fun craft items
- Learning Fun Easter Baskets-Fill with fill activity books, puzzles, books, etc.
- Music Easter Baskets-Fill with tambourines, maracas, CD's, sheet music, etc.
- Baking Easter Basket-Fill with apron, sprinkles, frosting, etc., for the child who loves to bake. I am considering this one for my 9 year old. She loves baking!
The ideas are endless. Basically, figure out what your child likes and make an Easter basket out of it. So clever!
