With Halloween just a couple of weeks away, many families are planning their parties.  With a Halloween party comes a variety of yummy and even unique treats.  To make your next party a hit, here are 5 easy and fun Halloween party treats you and your kiddies can make together.  Not only are these a blast to make, they are yummy too.

2. Apple Pie Mummy Slices-This is a clever Halloween recipe that I would most definitely love to try with my kiddies.  The ingredients are simply:

  • 1 store-bought pie crust
  • 3 apples, peeled and cored (I used Gala)
  • ⅛ cup brown sugar
  • ⅛ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Raisins or mini chocolate chips (for the eyes)
