TikTok Cloud Bread Recipe

This recipe works with the Superstone® La Cloche, or the Superstone® Pie & Deep-Dish Pizza Baker would work great as well. 


4 to 5 large egg whites (approx 9 tablespoons)
2 ½ tsp of cornstarch
2 ½ tbsp of sugar)
1 or 2 drops of vanilla, optional
Blue Food Coloring (1-3 drops, depending on color preference, optional)


Preheat Oven to 300°F. Line the baker with Parchment Paper, lightly oil the paper only (do not oil the baker).

Add egg whites into bowl, whisk swiftly until egg whites begin to bubble. Add in the cornstarch, sugar, blue food coloring and vanilla (if desired). Mix until stiff peaks are formed.

Once the mixture is stiff, place a rounded loaf shape of mixture onto the parchment paper on your baker. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes.

Once the top is slightly brown and firm to the touch, peel it from the parchment paper. 

The bread will fall as it cools: let the bread cool for 20 minutes or so, then remove from the baker to cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.
