Quick & Easy Pumpkin Pie
1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1 unbaked pie crust (about 9”)
1 (16 oz) can of pumpkin puree
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
Preheat the oven to 425º F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetened condensed milk: mix until fully combined.
Fit the premade pie crust into the Superstone® Pie Baker; pour the pumpkin mixture into the crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce the oven heat to 35º F and bake until the pumpkin pie filling is set, approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
