Easy No-Yeast Peanut Butter Bread

From the cookbook, 'Five Roses: A Guide to Good Cooking by Elizabeth Driver from 1932'.
This recipe works best with our Superstone® Covered Baker.

2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups milk

Preheat oven to 325°-350°. Grease the Covered Baker and preheat as well. 
Mix ingredients except peanut butter and then lightly rub the peanut butter into the flour mixture.
When peanut butter is integrated into the flour mix, pour into loaf pan. Bake at 325°-350° for 1 hour.
