Holiday Cinnamon Bread

This recipe works best with the Superstone® Covered Baker.



Ingredients:

⅔ cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs

1 tsp salt
⅔ cup sugar
4½ cups flour
2 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp baking powder



Directions:
 
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease the Covered Baker and preheat as well.. Combine the salt, sugar, flour, and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl.

Then beat the eggs, milk and oil together in a large mixing bowl, or with a mixer. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until moist.

Pour mixture into the Covered Baker. Swirl in 1 tbsp of cinnamon with a knife or spoon, then sprinkle 1 tsp of cinnamon on top. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.


Let the bread cool for 10-15 minutes, then remove from the Covered Baker to cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.
