Healthy Keto Portobello Mushroom Pizza

This recipe uses our Basic Pizza Crust.


4 portobello mushrooms, large, with stems removed
¼ cup of olive oil
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 medium tomato, cut into quarters
1 ¾ - 2 tsp of chopped fresh basil
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese


Preheat your oven to broil. Line your Superstone® Pizza Stone with aluminum foil, set aside.
Using your fingers, toss the mushroom caps in a small bowl with oil until they’re well coated.

Place the mushrooms on the Pizza Stone, gill sides down, then broil until they are tender on top, for about 2 min or so. Flip the mushrooms over and broil for another minute.

Take out your Pizza Stone and spread garlic over each mushroom: top each mushroom with 1 tomato slice, sprinkle it well with basil and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Broil the mushrooms until the cheese is melted and bubbly, for about 1 minute, then serve.
