Easy No-Yeast No-Knead Pretzels
Your friends and family will be happy to get their hands on these soft, tasty pretzels. Or maybe just enjoy them yourself! This bread is best baked on one of our Superstone® Pizza Stones.
1 ¾ cup self-rising flour (gluten-free, if needed)
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp dairy-free butter, milk, oil or water (to make the salt stick to the dough).
¼ tsp coarse sea salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cover the Superstone® Pizza Stone with parchment paper and preheat the Pizza Stone.
Mix the self-rising flour with Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl, forming the dough into a ball.
Lightly flour a wooden or kitchen surface. Rolling the ball of dough, add a tablespoon of flour. Transfer the ball of dough onto the floured surface. Flatten the ball down and divide it into 8 pieces.
Roll each piece of dough into a long, thin, sausage shape. Fold the corners over, making a pretzel shape. Place each piece on the lined Pizza Stone, flouring the surface in between each pretzel shape.
Brush each pretzel generously with butter, milk, oil, or water. Sprinkle coarse salt on top and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow pretzels to cool.
Serve and enjoy!
