Easy No-Yeast Garlic Breadsticks
Speaking of beer, these garlic breadsticks will go great with your favorite brew as an appetizer or snack. This bread is best baked on one of our Superstone® Pizza Stones.
1 ½ cup self rising flour (gluten-free, if needed)
¾ cup plain yoghurt, milk or buttermilk
3 ½ tbsp garlic butter
Preheat the oven to 360ºF and preheat the Superstone® Pizza Stone.
Mix the rising flour and plain yoghurt, milk or buttermilk into a soft dough, then divide the dough into 6 to 8 pieces… Then divide those pieces in half, forming 12 to 16 pieces of dough into long breadsticks.
Brush with garlic butter and bake for 10 to 20 minutes, or until the breadsticks are lightly browned. Brush the breadsticks again with the melted garlic butter, then cover with a kitchen towel immediately to keep them soft.
Serve warm and enjoy.
