Easy No-Yeast Baguette Bread Recipe

This recipe works best with the Superstone® Baguette Baker.


2 tsp of Sugar
2 tsp of Kosher Salt
⅔ tsp of Baking Soda
1 tsp of Baking Powder
3 ½ cups of All-Purpose Flour

1 cup of Water
⅔ cups of Olive Oil
1 tsp of Lemon Juice, store bought or freshly squeezed


Preheat the oven to 400ºF.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and baking soda in a medium-sized bowl. Next add the water, lemon juice, olive oil, stirring until you have a thick, sticky dough.

Knead the dough on a lightly-floured surface until it is smooth.

Shape the dough into as many loaves as desired on the Superstone® Baguette Baker, over a layer of parchment paper, scoring the top of the dough with a knife or Bread Lame. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Let the bread cool for 10-15 minutes, then remove from the Baguette Baker to cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.
