Chocolate Chip Autumn Pumpkin Bread

Chocolate Chip Autumn Pumpkin Bread has a prep time of 10 minutes and works best with the Sassafras Superstone® Covered Baker.


2½ cups of flour
¾ cup of brown sugar
1 cup of sugar
½ tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
¾ tsp of salt
3 eggs
½ cup of oil
¼ cup of water
1 canned pumpkin
1 bag of mini chocolate chips


Preheat the oven to 350Fº, preheat the Covered Baker as well.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the eggs, oil, water and canned pumpkin.
In a separate bowl, combine all the rest of the ingredients–– the flour, sugars, baking powder and so on, In a medium-sized bowl.

Combine both bowls of wet and dry ingredients together. Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula or a whisk and mix gently until everything is mixed in evenly.

Bake for 40-60 minutes, serve warm. Enjoy!
