Superstone® Use and Care

Brown Sugar Cookies

Makes about 72 cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup softened butter 
1/2 cup fine granulated sugar 
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375° F (Do not preheat Superstone®). Cream butter with brown and granulated sugar. Add vanilla and eggs, and beat entire mixture.

Sift the dry ingredients together and add, along with the milk to the creamed mixture. Mix thoroughly. Either force dough through a cookie press or flatten small balls into shapes and place on Superstone® surface.

Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
