with the month of october comes all things fall related such as; pumpkins! what about the aromas of pumpkin from pumpkin lattes to pumpkin bread? it definitely does feel like fall when these recipes start filling up the kitchen.

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
