Fabulous Focaccia Bread

Posted by

How is it going, friends? How are you doing staying home? Are you baking as much as I am? I am having so much fun trying new recipes and being introduced to brand new foods! If I’m staying home, I want it to be worthwhile!

I’m going to let you all in on a little secret of mine. Until adulthood, I had only had bagged bread from the grocery store. Once I became an adult I didn’t go far off of my comfort zone where bread is concerned. Why mess with something I liked?

Until one day...One day I ordered a breakfast sandwich from a local deli and they happened to be out of all bread except focaccia bread and let me tell you, I was a changed person. That may sound dramatic, but I’m not kidding. That focaccia bread was a delicious addition to my otherwise typical breakfast sandwich and my love for it has only grown since then.

Now I find myself asking if there is anything I can’t eat focaccia bread with? I really don’t think so. It is absolutely my favorite bread of all time! Fluffy and crispy all at once, delicious and full of flavor!

Is there anything more delicious or addicting than warm, freshly baked focaccia? If you answered no, you came to the right place, because we are the same! I love it!
